I'd gladly take an M1 in whatever guise BMW would produce it in. M has yet to make a car that I didn't wish I had. I'd take a stock M3 over the fastest Proceded v10.2.5.6.8.9. with robotic hydraulic H&R Tein KWS NASA suspension mods ANY day!

M cars are special. One day the 335, 135, 535, whatever other 35 will be just be another BMW.

I hold the same sentiments. But it doesn't seem like there will be a M1 on the horizon for the next year. I hope they do but I am sick of waiting. I was on the waitlist of the new m3 but BMW wants too much for the M3. I think a decently equipped M3 will cost 70k out the door.
