You could do it the easy way and spray the foam from underneath the car. Just look for the rubber evap drain - and use the spray bottle's hose to get up in the evap box.

I'm worried about just spraying blindly up the drain hose. Has anyone had any bad experiences doing this? I don't want the foam overflowing and running out anywhere.
