The JB4 has an auto-delete function for the "hidden tuner code" that tells the dealer if you have been running high amounts of boost. The only thing I have heard about is if you get the speed delimiter and take the car above the factory top speed (I believe 130mph non-sport, 155mph sport package) they can read that and will void the warrenty.
