I was in the same boat looking at us cars 335i and s4s. Not worth it IMO. The 1 has some features that the 3 dont have(ediff,brembo) and for some reason I hate used turbo cars...(not a lot of people do cool down time)and Bmw have very long service intervals 24K same as a NA car for a turbo. Audi had sludge issues with the 1.8T and they recommended doing oil changes each 16K. Interest rates sucks at the bank so go buy a new 335i or 135i will be cheaper. Also no replacement value warranty sucks Ive experienced it a few months ago
