There should be no vibration. I've rarely gotten the vibration you mention.. a shimy on the steering wheel. After a few hard stops it goes away so I've always thought it was something on the rotors that just needed to be shed away. Happens sometimes from what I understand.
If that's not it I'd have the dealer look at it if it was me.
