I had a vibration in the steering wheel and body that took me a year to solve with a Mercedes. We started with balance and alignment. We then tried new tires and rotors. We then looked into the driveshaft and diff. Then new front struts. Many months and $ later, I still had the problem! Then my guy tried non-standard front end alignment settings and that fixed it. But the car put me through so much hell I hated it and sold it.
Vibrations are usually simple to resolve but they can be very tricky.
