Yeah, I had a 996 and then a 987 Cayman, which were both great. If I were to go back, I’d look at a 997 or 987 Cayman R, but I like having usable rear seats and a trunk.
Whenever I get the itch to start looking around at other cars, I just read David E. Davis Jr.’s classic BMW 2002 review and pretend it’s about the E82.  |

For me the 1M is simply in a league of its own. Have raised a kid in it since birth—try doing that in any Cayman or 911!! 911 maybe but never a Cayman
