i managed to get some non-slip matting, used doubled sided tape along either end. place, cut, looks almost oem.

really helps stop everything from sliding around.
also you can see i've got the jetta/audi parcel hooks which also work.
i can get the bmw cargo net too as the car has all the hooks.
