I don't. I'm sorry, but the guy who puts the customer first wins the business. We actually negotiated and ordered a car from my current CA at one point, but then had to back out before the car arrived because of an unforeseen financial issue (I was sued out of the blue). I can't imagine a worse move from a customer.
Fast forward 8 months and my CA managed to put an almost identical deal together on another car and didn't even bat an eye.
Needless to say, he pretty much has my business for life.
