I have been reading and trying to digest as much information as possible on these forums in trying to build my modifcation plan. My objectives are as follows:

1. Achieve a performance OEM look
2. Spend no more then $6000 total
3. Preserve Warranty

Noting the above I think I will be doing the following:

Phase I: December 2009
BMW Performance Pedals
BMW Performance Side Skirt
BMW Performance CF Spoiler
BMW Performance Kidney Grilles
BMW Performance Exhaust

Phase II: March 2010
JB3 + BT Scan (this may move up to Phase I)
Vorsteiner Hood
Vorsteiner Front Lip
Replace Run Flats with proper tires

I will likely look at more drive train modifications when I get closer to then end of the warranty period.
