You wouldn't be the only one.
The BMW CCA doesn't require you to own a BMW to be a member, and there is no discrimination within the club if you use another vehicle at an event, track or otherwise. Quite a few people have retained their BMW club membership after moving on to another badge (usually Audi, Porsche or Ferrari) and still attend events for the social and track benefits.
