The first diy posted above is what I used when I did mine. I also replaced all the filters. The suction filter is easy as it just pops out. The pressure filter is a pain with the clamp seal.
I was also able to get away with cleaning my belly pan thoroughly and not messing the gasket up.
Only took an hour or so. I would recommend getting extra oil if you do switch the filters out. They allow more oil to drain out.

How much did you end up using? I have the ECS kit with fluid / filters sitting in the garage, but I'm debating on grabbing another bottle or two if it ends up needing more than 5qts.
One other question on the process, I get the 2k rpms for a minute to pump the fluid through the lines, etc.. But then when you add the additional fluid, is this with the car on at idle in P, or with the car off? Curious to hear from someone who has done it already.
