No registery since German laws are pretty strict about mods...all mods must be approved by this organization called TÜV. As I understand it if you have a mod, you have to have official papers approving the mod...they are a little less strict on us Americans. I don't think any of the owners want to talk about what they did to their cars, but mods are similar to what we do.
