When you say your car went in again and its no longer got turbo lag, what did they do to the car to change it?
did they reinstall the program?

Also, I have a DMS flash tune on my car. DMS have advised me that there is new tuner protection code in the new software. Meaning they cannot reflash my car just yet and are working on the problem.
I miss my extra horses!
