The downpipes are one of the many ways to adjust the to engine’s torque and turbo lag. Better flow downpipes will reduce the engine backpressure at low rpms… so the turbo spool will be reduced as well… but more power and more boost will be delivered at a different rpm range.

My experience with turbocharged vehicles suggests that will be required an ECU tune when switching the downpipes, because probably the turbos will boost more… causing the ECU to go to limp mode.

But if not, great… that’s what I want.
