Ok guys - I heard back from the ADAC training chef. Here is his offer to us. The problem I see it is that putting together a group booking requires us to pay a fee of 4K euros for this two day course. And quite frankly I don't have an extra 4K lying around to put up front. I think this offer is decent - but what do you guys think? AND WHEN shall we hold it?

Cause we don’t know, how many people will participate we calculate a complete price 660 € incl. small breakfast snack, lunch, snacks at afternoon on both days. (incl. Tax) per person. (without catering 590 €/person incl. Tax)
