I am about to pull the trigger on OEM size Frozen Rotors on all 4 corners, and will continue using PFC08 pads in the stock calipers for the track. I use Castrol SRF Fluid and have braided lines. I have plenty of braking authority on stock size rotors using sticky street tires (Bridgestone RE71r, BFG Rival S) but can't comment true R-compound tires.
