If before, there is nothing wrong with your car and there is no safety issue. Whilst the vacuum accumulator might be draining sooner than previously, a leakage overnight is no worry. If it occurs after starting, then there might be a problem.
Thanks aussieracer, its happening BEFORE starting. its just that i have never ever experienced this with any other cars that i have ever owed (over 20+). i know it happens if i pump the brakes before i start but its doing it now even before pumping the brakes. But thanks anyways for the info!
