It is really hard to say. I dont have pictures or anything. I know it feels tighter. When we have our next autocross I hope to jump from car to car and see the difference. I hope your not looking for an exact number, because I doubt the companies that sell these sways could even tell you exactly that. your best way to go is either find someone who has one and take a ride or buy it yourself for 200$.
