Still have NOT heard from EFX. I'm on vacation now in Cali but will be filing a claim upon my return this weekend. My claim will be with paypal, eBay, and the BBB. This is unsatisfactory and after reading these other comments, there seems to be no hope for this company. I hope this thread will help save future enthusiasts from a poor product.
