In a chocolate and pie related note, have you every tried French Silk Pie... you need to. Get the old-school recipe where they don't worry about egg safety - its amazing. And while your own cream - a little sugar and vanilla... the BEST. Srs.

Not a huge fan of chocolate. I did have four egg tarts this weekend because we passed through Chinatown for dim sum and I can't say no to those.
