I think you'll roll down the road fine, looking just a little bit funny. But then when you hit a bump you will not be happy. Camber plates up front will be the easiest fix there. Max factory rear camber will probably still mildly with passengers or over bumps.

You will not rub the struts, it will be the fenders. My stats are listed in my sig. My car is lowered around an inch, but otherwise that's my setup but you will be a quarter inch further poked out (until I fixed my rear issue by exchanging brake hubs).
