I just don't know what they could stuff in there to justify the cost of an M1. Even if you tune a NA engine to 340hp, add a LSD and some suspension tweaks, brakes and so forth I doubt it would be worth the 15k or so more than a 135.
You can add better sways, brakes, coils and ecm flash for a whole lot less.
