Oh yeah - I just wanted them for low vis when I'm worried about someone rear ending me. And because they're already there, just waiting to be enabled, lol.
Also, IRL they don't look quite as bright and blinding as the pic. You can probably tell that the brightness is even a little exaggerated in the first pic, too. It's just a function of the camera exposure.
