I noticed they have been changing the manufacturing location on the 0W-40 formula. It went from Belgium to Germany, than back to Belgium. According to Castrol insiders on BITOG, the formula is the same at both factories, so it does not make a difference where you get it. The 0W-40 is still their best formula with a high PAO content, that Castrol produces.
