Most Ottawa guys get their stuff sent to UPS Store in Ogdensburg NY. Its only about an hour away. We declare returning back into Canada. If you're buying over about $150, Cda Customs will have you pay duties & taxes. Now that's $150 per person. If there are 2 of you in car, Cda Customs may allow up to $100 per person. I'm always honest at the border.
