Join us for a Fall Cruise from the DC area out to Skyline Drive!
We'll be meeting in the Tysons Corner/Falls Church VA area first, and later near Gainesville just off 66 for those that might not want to meet at the first location. After that we'll be cruising to the Skyline Drive entry at Front Royal.

Stops Along Skyline:
#1 - 10mins past entry is the Dickey Ridge Visitor Center. We can stop here to food from the meet points and wait if anyone is running late. Also the first of many nice views.
#2 - 30min in is the Range View Overlook, rated one of the best views.
#3 - 5mins after Range View is Hogback Overlook, another great spot. Between here and the next spot is Route 211, if you branch off at this point it'll be a 1.5hr drive back to Tysons Corner.
#4 - 20 mins after Hogback is a small tunnel and quite a few scenic overlooks in a close area.
I think this is a good place to end the drive if anyone wants to head back it's only a few minutes to Route 211. If you decide to keep going the next major route is Rt 33 which is an hour away and then from there it's 2hrs back to Tysons.
