Yes they offer that on the M235i/M240i etc. But it is not the same as the Active M diff the "real" Ms get. The "active" diff, is literally, (pro)active! Ie, the banned one in most motorsport akin to Ferrari's e-diff. Read the link above.

I even think the BMWP diff for "normal" non-M is not a clutch-type LSD either. Most likely a torsen/helical type.
