Yes. Scroll to the bottom is this thread/page. You have two buttons: "post quick reply" or "go advanced". Click on "go advanced".
Then, you can write what you want to post... and above the dialog box you will see some buttons, the top left bottom button is the "YouTube" tab. When you click that you will get a: "[u2b] example [/u2b]". Place your YouTube sharing code (what comes after the "=" sign between those U2B end links. Then your YouTube video will be embeded in your post. On some YouTube links you use what comes after the "/" in the code link.
