Suspension is one of those things - all about preference. If you want the car lower and stiffer, then sure replace the springs - depends on your preference and driving habits.
Either way, you can "refresh" the suspension with all new rubber bits (spring pads, strut mounts etc). Your mileage is relatively low so some parts are probably just fine, but your call. Take a look at the kits that a few places sell which include everything for a refresh. ECS Tuning has one for example.
