2012 135i with 107k miles. Have had the following issues since owning the car (30k miles)
Water Pump *
Ac evap *
Valve cover gasket *
water leakage in trunk * (due to blackline tail install)
Charge pipe failure
* = covered by warranty/CPO
Lately car has been super reliable, just regular maintenance *knocks on wood*
