Can I just remove the wheel alignment pins for slighly more -ve camber or don't bother at all.
The amount of camber you add by drilling out the alignment pins is quite small. Its around 0.3 degree. Its mainly useful for minor tweaking if you want to match the camber between left and right sides of the car. If your usage is purely as a road car, then you have sufficient camber already IMO. If you go ahead, it will put the toe alignment completely out even by this small change, so you need to have the alignment done again.

Dinan camber plates may be a little help if you want to track the car occasionally and still do a lot of mileage as a road car. However they are not adequate for regular track day use.
