OK, so, it has to be the antenna in the trunk and driver side door:
Went to the passenger door with the key on the opposite pocket of the hand I used to unlock the door and I had a 100% success rate. No joke. It worked flawlessly every time on the passenger side door. So, now I know what is going on. I suggest everyone try their passenger door. I think you will be suprised >.>
