Haha... No sticking out from fender, it is just because of the image distortion at the edge of 28mm lenses.
As you can see, the rear wheel is less protruding than the front, and the front is nicely lining up with the fender.
Indeed Advan RZ for 1er's setting is not that aggressive, it is just a few mm protruding compared to original 18" BMW wheels. They look aggressive because of the concaved disk face, in my opinion.
