I'm curious as to the procedure for evacuating all of the air out of a tire prior to a nitrogen fill. With the old inner tubes, it was pretty simple to get nearly all of the air out, but with modern tubeless tires?

If (for example) only 80% of the the air can be removed, then the resulting fill is only about 95% nitrogen (if my math is correct). Is that really superior to the 78% nitrogen in plain (and cheap) air?

Just wondering...
