The Sport and M-Sport packages for the 128i have the same suspension parts in the U.S. and I have to imagine it's the same for Canadian market cars. For MY13, only the M-Sport package is offered.
As others have pointed out, some people are surprised to find that the 135i comes with these bits standard, but I believe that's always been the case since the car was first introduced to the U.S market.
