Scrap everything I said. I was at a two day HPDE event at Mosport this past weekend. All was well until the last session on Sunday. Under full throttle on the long back straight the same damn issue came up. All the warning lights came on, wipers came on etc... Reviewed my dashcam and saw that the voltage spiked to 19V again. Well, back to the drawing board. Gotta get this sorted out as I have another HPDE coming up in June.
