I pulled off the engine shroud and found of oil near the first three cylinders. I pulled off the coil packs and cylinder #2 had a lot of standing oil. I suspect this is what's causing the the misfire. With that being said, I'm not allowed to work on cars where I live. I need someone to change the valve cover gasket and possibly the entire valve cover should it be cracked.
EDIT: This is US-spec car.
