IMO you should ditch the AD08s, IMO they aren't that great of a street tire.

I'd look into a RS3 or similar tire, they have seemed to offer much more grip from my findings.

I'd agree on decreasing compression in the rear and/or increasing front rebound. However you shouldn't increase rear pressures. All this does is will make the tire break loose sooner, and this doesn't really solve the problem at hand.

Do you have a front or rear bar?

If you have a rear bar, disconnect it and try running without a rear bar. If you have a front bar, make it stiffer.

Finally, I don't understand the E87 body, but the same spring rate front/rear seems odd.
