Sounds similar to mine. It would judder in first and reverse, and smell pretty bad at the end of the day. Eventually you could feel it slipping in gear, so got it replaced.
This new clutch is better, but still occasionally judders, usually when backing out of a parking space and then pulling away.
Still feel that I'm having to drive around the problem, which is a shame. If you do find anything out let us know!
