Seems like a pretty good deal to me. You can find a stock 2008-2009 with similar miles for $11-12k.
Turbos: ~$2000
JB4: ~$400
ER FMIC+CP: ~$800-1000
Fuel-It Pump + Rail: ~$1500-2000
DP + Exhaust: $600-900
LSD: ~$2000
To build it to the same level yourself would cost around $19-20k, not including labor.
