(1) Selling 16 inch winter tires (4 rims) with winter tires on it. For rims - you should put your own tires on them.
(2) Also selling 17 inch rims (4 rims - style 256) [photo is a sample from google]. They currently have all season tires on it (1 of them got a bubble/buldge so it not useable. Again, for rims as you should put your own tires on them. Both the 16 inch and 17 inch rims are in good condition. I'm not a tire expert but you should probably put your own tires on the rims.
