NoGo!! That is the wrong oil. That oil is for the
e9x,
e6x &
e46 ///M cars with the S-coded engines.
The 1M has a N54, so it takes the SAME OIL as a 135i does. Namely either Castrol LL1 rated oil or the new Shell LL1 rated oil. You can use any of these grades: 5w30, 5w40, 0w40 & 0w30. Most go with the 0w40 because it offers the widest outside temp range.
What ever oil you use make SURE it says: "BMW Approved LL1" or "Long Life 1" rated.
