wow, i got mine from a combination of pitching and working out with bad posture, i let my shoulders roll foward tightening my chest and shoulder muscles and then pitching just threw it out...i never realized when i was younger how important posture is, i cant stress how great it is now, your stronger, you breath better, it really is important that when alotta people lift to watch their posture..
bump that. When my kids get old enough, and if they're into the gym, I'm going in with them, or hiring someone. My HS football coach screwed me for life. I'd do 685lb squats into a catcher stance. Talk about fookedup knees. I messed around with college ball a bit, but decided to give it up in favor of walking when I'm 40. Oh yeah, and I wasn't going to make it in the pros!
