I have no idea what the car market is like there, so it'll be hard to comment to the fairness. Directly translated to USD, that's $19,000 which does seem high for the mileage, even with the modifications.
That said, cars with this many modifications are always going to be a "To the right buyer" value.
Leave it up at your price and if you don't get any discussion, you'll know it's too high.
