Yep, the BMW PE does not comply with our nanny-state ADRs. Pretty ridiculous how an OEM part doesn't meet laws due to cat delete.
You can source it from the UK/US (much cheaper too) and get a local shop to install it. I see you're in Melbourne, so go hit up andrew@southernBM. He is the BEST in Australia.
