Yeah, I guess maybe fit the new diffuser, then mark where the holes need to be drilled so that it screws in properly to the rest of the underside plastics, then whip the diffuser back off and drill them. Either that or copy the hole locations from the old diffuser and hope that the new diffuser sits on the bumper in the same way.
