Double check that all connections are there and seated properly.
Boot with only one stick of memory.
If you're using a graphics card, take it out and boot with the motheboard hdmi
After that I would take it all out of the case and build it on the motherboard box, boot with the minimum.
The store that put it together, did they boot it?
