Take your car to a German BMW dealer(once you remove your tune).
Your car is still covered by the US recall and extended warranty on the HPFP. Only 2008's and 2009's have the extension(at least for now). Your German dealer will do all the paperwork thru BMW AG.
IF you had to pay out of pocket... I think a HPFP runs about 400 euros parts and labor.
