Hard to judge depth from pictures but if you don't want to live with it you could give it a go ahead at a repair.
Maybe if your lucky you are local to one of us detailing freaks and are willing to help you out.
You can be a bit aggressive with wet sanding the head light. ~1000 grit then move on up through to around 3000 and start your polishing
